BlockStand is steered by an Executive Management Board (EMB), providing strategic and policy guidance to the project.

It is comprised of representatives ranging from the European Commission, European Standardisation Organisations, the European Blockchain Partnership (EBP), the European Blockchain Services Infrastructure (EBSI), the EU Blockchain Observatory and Forum, key industry associations, as well as Working Group convenors in standardisation Technical Committees.
